Yellow daises are tricky to identify from photos. It helps if there is a side shot of the flower head showing the bracts and a seperate photo showing whole leaves. I suspect this is a weedy species possibly Hypochaeris. It is not Microseris which has linear leaves. These leaves sometimes have distinctive downward pointing lobes. The leaves don't look right for Cymbonotus they usually have a stem and prominent veins and usually have more leaves forming a flat rosette - the underside of leaves is pale.
