It seems to be a lacewing nymph and from images I could find online I think it is a Osmylops sp.

I do agree that it looks very similar to Psychopsis insolens (& I setup that taxon category for a different sighting just this morning). This sighting has subtle differences though, so I’d rather not Verify it to Species-level just in case an undescribed species becomes described or photos become available for another species within the Psychopsis genera😊
