I put another shot in. They flocked off too quick in most cases to get more than 2 shots. But I agree it could be. There seemed to a patch of them down the bottom of the hill.

Any other shots (particularly of the upper wings at a different angle).

I don't know skippers too well. I'm still using my butterfly book to ID them!

They have had a very good season this year - quite a few on Nailcan (first year I have had them here)
