I’d usually leave this one at Genus-level due to no full photo from the top-view, but I can make out just enough detail that the topmost spot is midway between the two lower spots on the wings. From what I can see of the wings, there doesn’t appear to be any punctuations (dotted perforations) so that should rule our Paropsisterna nigerrima. The line along the wing flange and cheek colouring in addition to the spot placement are a good indicator for Paropsisterna beata.
