Monitoring Site 121 - Road

This is a monitoring site of Albury Conservation Company's Arboreal Mammal Monitoring Program.

This is a cross-border, long-term monitoring program that started in Albury in 2018 and expanded into Wodonga in 2020.

The primary tool used in the monitoring program are motion-sensing cameras, which are deployed twice a year.

The program is currently funded by Albury Conservation Company, Albury City Council, Ross Trust, Wettenhall Environment Trust and public donors. The program is supported by Wodonga Council.

I concur with both of you that this is a feathertail glider. Roundness of the head, the edging along the tail, and you can nearly make out the membrane connecting the fore and hind limbs. This is so exciting!

Does look like a feather glider - how nice that they are still about - will leave to those more knowledgeable than me to confirm.
