Love this little mushroom. I think its probably Slimy Yellow Cortinar, but hard to tell without a photo of the underside.
If you can get a photo of the stem and underside (gills, pores or other structures) it helps greatly to identify them.

There seems to be a colony there at the Albury tip with another one forming on Centaur road. I'm not sure if anyone is trapping at the moment but it would be a good place to start.
