I searched for nuts or flowers but found neither. The blue roundish leaves against the dark trunks made them stand out.

This species has a fairly limited natural range in Victoria (restricted to areas near Beechworth). But for obvious reasons is planted fairly widely. In this location its almost certainly part of an Albury Wodonga Development Corporation planting, now contributing to important habitat for Squirrel Gliders - eg https://albury-wodonga.naturemapr.org/Sightings/4348055
