User's notes
These insects were flying around on almost every gum tree from 6 feet and up. They were hovering and flying - rarely landing. If they did land it was on leafless twigs. The gums were not in flower. I'm stumped whether they were feeding or what they were doing. But there were lots and lots of them. Tricky to take pics because they were small and moving targets.
