With an endoscope on a pole we can check whether this hollow is being used to nest in by Gang Gangs come breeding time in October. Very few nesting hollows are known anywhere. From experience elsewhere we have found that about 10% of hollows that gang gangs check out will be used for nesting. Many tree hollows also hold water and are a major water source for Gang Gangs, which accounts for a lot of their interest in hollows.
