Just a single plant, possible planted there. You can tell it's A. mearnsii by the two glands on the stalk between the leaf pairs.

Top work Darcy! The gland location is key. Had they been singular at the leaf junctions I would have said dealbata, would you? :)

yeah it's close to a dealbata, although the leaves are a little less feathery. I was more worried it might've been decurrens, but the glands gave it away as mearnsii
