Looks like a kurrajong. Being in a planting of natives presume it is some kind of native tree? Approx 5 years old.

Because it's in a planting I think it's most likely a local Kurrajong, when they're small their leaves often look like this, with the 'emu foot' shape, then as they get older the leaves look more like what you'd be used to.
