I'm guessing this is a non-native seeing its growing in in the bank of the creek?

Perhaps a privet, often see them in wetter areas? A little hard to tell what it is from the picture

HI Darcy. Not a privet. Prettier than that. I got one at Yackandandah yesterday too. I will see if i can get a close up of the flower from the pics.

Definitely Viburnum Tinus, its a relatively common weed in canberra. :)
