From a distance I thought this was just a patch of regular Coota wattles, but on closer inspection they weren't quite right. I suspect they're hyrbids of Coota wattles with A. mearnsii, as both species occur nearby. Some googling does suggest that they've been recorded hybridising before, but not very often. Safe to say I uprooted them all after getting some pictures.
