User's notes

small council planted gums which struggled for some years to get this size which is about 3m tall. There are another six or so across the road but as I got so much on these I didn't cross the 4 lanes to look!

It won't be possible to key without fruit, any chance of seeing buds or nuts?

Safe to key to Angophora sp. based on the globular ribbed hairy buds. The opposite sessile ovate leaves with amplexicaul base and greyish flaky-fibrous bark are similar to Angophora hispida which is often planted.
