User's notes

Not all the action was on the kunzeas! Luckily I looked down and saw these native bees on the dandelions around my knees. The female came in first and chose a flower, buried herself in so much pollen she looked yellow, danced about the flower and waited. Then the males tracked in to try and find her. Most were unsuccessful but one made it each time. Not sure if it was the same female each time but there were a few of them. The mating action of the male was side to side rather than up and down.
