I could hear them in the trees just there, but the gums were too tall to really see anything. Then I got lucky - a small band of about 12 moved into the white cypress pine beside me and I was able to get lots of photos. They flew in to the branch and then walked backwards down the branch. I could see some kind of orange colour in underneath for the first time.
