1st waterbug sighting on platform and first electronic record of the Toe-biter for the Albury/Wodonga area though they have been recorded in nearby Victorian local government areas

This is a water scorpion, Laccotrephes tristis, a type of water bug, but I don't seem to be able to add this species at the moment.
