May well be a Bucolus (it resembles Bucolus convexus at https://www.ento.csiro.au/biology/ladybirds/big_images/species/bucolConvexusDor.jpg ), but some species of Scymnodes and Telsimia are also similar. A safe identification would require close examination of a specimen.
