Not prepared to call this tatty thing, same size as a small Fringed Blue/ montane f blue which I initially thought it was and forgot about it. On a second look it clearly has tails. I do not know of any such small blues in the ACT with such a tail. so interesting perhaps....

The usual short tail of T. serpentata is more accentuated in your sighting as the fringe has worn away.
